Theft on Friday, February 13th
On February 13, 2026, a 3:12 pm an unidentified man appears to have gained access to our building by pretending to be a delivery person and dialing units at random until someone buzzed him in. Video evidence from the building’s CCTV as well as privately owned ring cameras show the man entering with an empty folded up bag, rifling through packages in the lobby, accessing the elevator, and then exiting the elevator with a full bag. He then takes a stack of additional packages and returns to the elevator.
We have been instructed that individual victims must report their individual losses—we cannot file a police report on behalf of the building. We strongly encourage anyone impacted to file a police report, and provide them with both (a) the videos below to assist them in identifying the perpetrator and (b) a description of what was stolen.
We also would like to take this opportunity to remind you not to allow anyone to enter the building unless you know who they are and why they are here. It is imperative not only to prevent theft but also for the safety of our community.
